Owosso gym honors veterans with Murphy Workout Challenge
OWOSSO, Mich. (WILX) – A health club in Owosso lifted up armed service veterans Monday by lifting weights.
The Fitness Coliseum hosted the Murphy Exercise routine Obstacle in honor of Memorial Day. The obstacle is one particular mile operate, 100 pushups, 200 pullups, 300 squats and one more mile operate — all in a weighted vest.

Fitness center operator Brianna Carrol said the obstacle is named after Lt. Michael Murphy.
