FDNY leadership visits Richmond University Medical Center, tours new patient treatment and service areas
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Leaders from the FDNY visited Richmond University Healthcare Centre and have been provided a first-hand look at the hospital’s new Unexpected emergency Department, Clinical Intense Care Device (MICU), surgical suites and several other funds improvement assignments at this time underway.
On April 4, Richard Salhany, RUMC’s Chief Administrative Officer and President of the Richmond Overall health Network, and lots of of the hospital’s healthcare department chairs and school joined RUMC President and Chief Executive Officer, Daniel J. Messina, PhD, FACHE to offer the tour.
RUMC’s new MICU, which features an improve in private affected person rooms from 10 to 14, new isolation/destructive pressure rooms, and much larger traveling to house, will open up in a several quick months.
